Welcome to Flicky Art Design & Studios PVT. LTD. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Services

Flicky Art Design & Studios PVT. LTD. provides graphic design, brand identity development, creative marketing campaigns, digital marketing services, website design, and related creative consulting services.

All services are subject to project scope, written agreement, and mutually approved proposals.

2. Project Agreements

Every project will be governed by a written proposal or agreement outlining:

  • Scope of work

  • Deliverables

  • Timelines

  • Pricing

  • Payment structure

Any additional work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

3. Payments & Billing

  • A non-refundable advance payment (as agreed) is required before the commencement of any project.

  • Remaining balance must be cleared before final delivery of files/assets unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Late payments may result in project delays or temporary suspension of services.

All payments are processed via approved payment methods mentioned in the invoice.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Final deliverables become the client’s property only after full payment is received.

  • Until full payment is made, all designs, concepts, and materials remain the intellectual property of Flicky Art Design & Studios PVT. LTD.

  • The company reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio, marketing materials, and social media unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Revisions & Approvals

  • The number of revisions will be defined in the project agreement.

  • Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur extra charges.

  • Once final approval is given by the client, further modifications may be treated as a new project.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide accurate and timely information

  • Share required materials (logos, content, images, credentials, etc.)

  • Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines

Delays from the client’s side may affect project deadlines.

7. Limitation of Liability

Flicky Art Design & Studios PVT. LTD. shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits or business interruption

  • Third-party platform issues (social media, hosting providers, ad platforms, etc.)

Our total liability shall not exceed the total project fee paid by the client.

8. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality. Any sensitive business information shared during the project will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except where required by law.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the project with written notice.

If termination occurs:

  • Advance payments are non-refundable.

  • Work completed up to the termination date will be billed accordingly.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in [Insert City, e.g., Kolkata, West Bengal].

11. Updates to Terms
