Payment Structure & Process
At Flicky Art Design & Studios PVT. LTD., we follow a structured and transparent payment model to ensure clarity, commitment, and smooth project execution.
1. Project-Based Payment Model
For one-time design or branding projects, our standard structure is:
50% Advance Payment – Required before project initiation.
50% Final Payment – Due before final files and assets are delivered.
This ensures mutual commitment and uninterrupted workflow.
2. High-Value or Long-Term Projects
For large-scale branding, website development, or multi-phase marketing projects, payments may be divided into milestones:
40% Advance
30% Mid-Project Milestone
30% Before Final Delivery
Milestones are clearly defined in the project agreement.
3. Monthly Retainer Services
For ongoing services such as social media management, performance marketing, or creative support:
Payment is collected in advance at the beginning of each billing cycle.
Retainer fees are non-refundable once the service period begins.
4. Payment Methods
We accept payments through approved banking channels and digital payment gateways as mentioned in the invoice.
International payments must include applicable transfer or processing charges borne by the client.
5. Late Payments
Delays in payment may result in project pause or timeline extension.
Final deliverables will only be shared after full payment clearance.
6. Additional Scope Work
Any work outside the agreed project scope will be quoted separately and requires payment approval before execution.
