At Flicky Art Design & Studios PVT. LTD., we provide professional creative design and marketing services. Due to the nature of our work, which involves time, strategy, research, and customized creative efforts, our refund policy is structured as follows:

1. Advance Payments

All projects require an advance payment before work begins.

Advance payments are strictly non-refundable, as they secure project scheduling, resource allocation, and initial strategy development.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

  • If the Company fails to initiate the project within the agreed timeframe (without valid reason).

  • If both parties mutually agree in writing to cancel the project before substantial work has begun.

Refund approvals, if any, are solely at the discretion of the Company.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after project initiation

  • Delays caused by client-side inaction or lack of communication

  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences after agreed revisions are completed

  • Completed and delivered services

  • Digital assets, strategy documents, brand guidelines, or marketing campaigns once shared

4. Revision Policy

We offer revisions as per the project agreement.

If the revision limit has been exhausted, additional changes will be chargeable. Refunds will not be granted due to revision limits being reached.

5. Project Cancellation

If a client chooses to terminate a project after work has started:

  • The advance payment remains non-refundable.

  • Any completed work will be billed accordingly.

  • Final files will only be shared upon full payment clearance.

6. Payment Disputes

In case of payment disputes, clients are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve concerns professionally. Chargebacks without prior communication may result in legal action and service termination.

7. Processing of Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved (in rare and valid circumstances), it will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method.
